New Families Enrollment Information
All NEW families are required to apply online through our FACTS system. This simplifies the enrollment process and provides parents with the ability to to track the status of their child’s application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

State Certified Birth Certificate
Current/Previous Report Card, if applicable, K-8
Standardized Test Scores, K-8
IEP/504 Plan, if applicable
Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results, if applicable
Submit online application and pay application fee ($20/per student application) to FACTS **
Once your student online application and required documentation* has been reviewed, we will contact you to schedule a tour/screening/shadow day (if applicable) for your student(s)***.
After the screening, we will contact you with additional online enrollment procedures.

HRS State of Florida Certificate of Immunization, up to date
HRS State of Florida Health Examination, dated after 9/2023

Parent Signed VPK Certificate of Eligibility for VPK4 year old students

Additional Enrollment Information
Financial assistance applications are due by April 15 and are the responsibility of the applying family. Only registered students are eligible to apply for assistance.
Resurrection Catholic School participates in the Step Up for Students and AAA corporate scholarship programs. Application forms and additional information are available online at www.stepupforstudents.org or www.aaascholarships.org.
The Diocese of Orlando requires all parent volunteers to be fingerprinted. Fingerprinting is valid for 5 years. In addition, all parent volunteers/vistors are screened through the Raptor System.
Kindergarten through Grade 8 students wear school uniforms available from Risse Brothers School Uniforms.
All Preschool students must be fully toilet trained prior to the start of school.
